Jackson is a senior at Middle Georgia State University in pursuit of a BA in Contemporary Musicianship concentrating in music performance. During his time at MGA he has studied percussion under Miguel Castro and have been an active member in the percussion ensemble and university band. While being a full-time student he is also an active music educator in Houston County Schools working with the Northside High School drum line and percussion ensemble. Jack has performed in a couple of local groups such as the Wellston Winds and was principal percussionist of the Macon Youth Orchestra as well as playing for Midway Baptist Church in Lizella Georgia. Outside of music Jack enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
